Jennifer Southwell

Beginning her career as an Occupational Therapist and progressing through various management roles, Jennifer has been deeply committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with disabilities and autism. As Chief Clinical Officer and President of Care Delivery, she draws experience from roles at onehome, On The Way Home Care Services, and St. Louise Rehabilitation. Jennifer has built and managed a multi-state Home Health services platform and in source network of agencies to deliver coordinated care to serve its patients. Driven by a deep sense of purpose, she oversees the comprehensive operations of MySpot’s clinical department, ensuring the highest-quality care for patients and a supportive work environment for the team. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, beach days, cooking Italian food, and spending time with her family.
