Ramon has dedicated the last decade to transforming the healthcare industry by connecting care for patients. Prior to MySpot, Ramon co-founded an integrated home benefit management, care coordination and health services platform to better serve the needs of post-acute patients at home through one point of service.

Ramon draws his experience from roles at prior organizations like Humana, onehome, City National Bank, and Wells Fargo. As CEO of MySpot, Ramon leads the way in shaping a culture of excellence for delivering compassionate and effective care. His vision enabled MySpot to offer comprehensive, best-in-class pediatric therapy services that are more accessible to children and families while fostering a thriving environment for therapists.
Under his leadership, MySpot has expanded across multiple locations, services, and states. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fitness training, hiking, and motorsports.
