Russell brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to MySpot, including 17 years in executive-level management, with a proven track record in process analysis, design, and implementation. As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management & Credentialing, he draws experience from roles at Kids SPOT, onehome, AllyAlign Health, and AETNA. Russell welcomes the challenge of growth and expansion, utilizing his expertise in maximizing efficiency, profitability, and client retention while minimizing production time and expense. He leads the revenue cycle management and contracting and credentialing department operations. When not at MySpot, Russell enjoys exploring lakes and rivers and spending quality time with friends and family camping, hiking, and visiting national parks.
